Local delivery policy
For free local delivery within either the Lindsay area, please Contact Us. A delivery charge may apply to surrounding areas. We prefer someone to be there when we deliver your diaper cake.
Free pickup is available as well by appointment only.
If you have any special requests for the delivery of your order, please let us know in the Special Instructions section in your Order Form.
Shipping outside the Lindsay area
Canadian customers: All of our packages are shipped through the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Your parcel will be insured, and you can track it online at canadapost.ca. Once we ship your item, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. If you would like to use a different method of delivery, please Contact Us with the request.
U.S. and International customers: We ship all of our packages through Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. International customers are responsible for all custom or duty fees that may be added to your parcel. Please Contact Us for our international shipping rates and delivery times. If you would like to use a different method of delivery, let us know.
Insurance: Canada Post offers insurance up to $100 CAD for Expedited Parcels. If something happens to your item during shipping, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue. Insurance for international clients is highly recommended. Please Contact Us for international insurance quotes.
Return policy and cancelled orders
Returns will not be accepted unless it has been authorized by Baby Bum Cakes. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

- Once your order is shipped, all sales are final.
